Dean B. Dorfman, D.P.M, P.A.
Board-Certified: American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, 1993; American Board of Podiatric Surgery, 1994.
Since completing his surgical residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis Tennessee in 1989, Dr. Dorfman has been practicing family podiatry in Deerfield Beach. Dr. Dorfman takes tremendous pride in his reputation for practicing sound medicine with compassion for each patient.
Dr. Dorfman is on staff with North Broward Medical Center, the new Parkcreek Surgical Center and the Boca Raton Outpatient Laser Surgical Center. His office is also equipped to do many procedures in his local office.
In addition to his staff privileges at North Broward Medical Center he is on the BETA team which lectures to the medical and diabetic community concerning preventative care for those afflicted with Diabetes. He was chosen to help organize education and support center for the local residence and medical community of St. Maarten.
MEDICAL MISSIONS:
Dr. Dorfman along with other medical professionals have traveled to improverished regions of Brazil to provide much needed medical care. He will continue to offer his services to those in need.
POST GRADUATE TRAINING:
Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis, Tennessee-1988-1989 -completed a comprehensive and advanced surgical residency program for the reconstruction of the foot and ankle.
