Our Staff
The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.
Dean B. Dorfman, D.P.M, P.A.
Since completing his surgical residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis Tennessee in 1989, Dr. Dorfman has been practicing family podiatry in Deerfield Beach. Dr. Dorfman takes tremendous pride in his reputation for practicing sound medicine with compassion for each patient.
Dr. Dorfman is on staff with North Broward Medical Center and the Boca Raton Outpatient Laser Surgical Center, he is also equipped to do many procedures in his local office.
In addition to his staff privileges at North Broward Medical Center he is on the BETA team which lectures to the medical and diabetic community concerning preventative care for those afflicted with Diabetes. He was chosen to help organize education and support center for the local residence and medical community of St. Maarten.
Dr. Dorfman has been married since 1988 and has three children, which keep him busy coaching local baseball, and soccer teams. His daughter has been dancing since the age of two and he takes tremendous pride in her
accomplishments and drive. He is also a member if the Deerfield Beach Lyons and Deerfield Rotary Clubs. He has trained for marathons and enjoys exercising and most outdoor sports.

Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis, Tennessee-1988-1989 -completed a comprehensive and advanced surgical residency program for the reconstruction of the foot and ankle.
